The name Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze is derived from the Wareneese language, as Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze was founded by Gando Dyëkdsm, who was culturaly Wareneese.

Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze has a yearly average temperature of 4°C (39°F), with its average temperature during the summer being an icy 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold -18°C (0°F). Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze receives an average of 294 cm/y (115 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 1832 m (6010 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze was founded durring the late 12th century in summer of the year 1088, by Gando Dyëkdsm. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze was built using the conventions of Wareneese durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze is buildings are speckled and packed arround premissive baked earthen streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Unfortuantly, these top tier civilian fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze’s streets.
Civic Infrastructure
Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze.
Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze's locals are divided into several castes. They may be organized by social role, by imputed nobility of birth, by ethnic origins, or any other dividing principle, but they cannot imagine any other way of organizing themselves. A hierarchy of castes is not inevitable, but there will be social and legal limits applied to ensure that each caste remains fixed in its function. The outside world may or may not respect these distinctions when dealing with the locals.
Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..
In Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze there are unidentifiable people in the fog, but it seems to be okay.
The Blood Hawk near Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves consuming a local toxin to channel Summoning energies of tier 3 via recitation of poetic epics.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze was attacked by a slaver gang capable of fielding large forces. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze lost 187 people, 387 livestock, and 32 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 61, when members of Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze's militia enacted an operation to destroy a particular enemy artifact. The operation was complicated by the enemy setting up an ambush. The conflict ended with the defense of the depot against a siege, which ended in a crushing defeat for Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Qu̹su Kûlî Mîze's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
